Paris is unique, Paris is mythical and there are many superlatives to qualify, glorify or criticise it, because this city with such a rich history leaves no one indifferent!
An overview of its main tourist sites is essential, starting with the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe, the Place de la Concorde, the Seine, the National Assembly, the Pont Alexandre 3, the Champs-Elysées, without forgetting the Pantheon, the Champ de Mars, the Invalides, the Montparnasse district and the Place de la République.
Our aerial filmmakers have not finished filming Paris and its suburbs. Admire from above known or less known landmarks, from a new and spectacular angle, such as these aerial images of the Parc des Princes, the Tuileries park, the Louvre, the Place Vendôme, the Opera and the Rue de Rivoli.
Churches and cathedrals have greatly inspired our aerial filmmakers, such as the Montmartre Hill and the Sacré-Coeur, with a particular emotion for the images of Notre-Dame-de-Paris as it was before the fire of April 2019.
The most beautiful historical monuments of East Paris
The east of Paris is full of exceptional historical monuments. The diversity of the buildings allows visitors to travel back in time and through the different eras. Parisian architectural heritage is divided between classical and contemporary architecture.
The July column, the Saint-Ambroise church, the church of Notre-Dame-de-la-Croix in Ménilmontant, the castle of Vincennes, etc., are classified among the most popular historical monuments. The Père Lachaise cemetery, the Bastille square as well as the Saint-Germain de Charonne church are other places not to be missed.
The West of Paris is its mythical districts.
The other strong point of West of Paris remains undeniably its most beautiful districts. A union between the past and the present, they are home to prestigious buildings and alleys that are pleasant to walk through. Between opulent houses, cobbled streets and flowery gardens, Paris-Ouest is a small haven of peace.
In the 16th arrondissement, for example, there are magnificent buildings in the Haussmann style. Another destination is 92 rue Toqueville in the 17th. There, one can find buildings made of stone and brick, built in 1927.
Magnificent pedestrian street, the Square des Peupliers will amaze you with its singular beauty. The allotment of Petite Alsace at 10 rue Daviel (13th), it is possible to discover attractive houses in the Alsatian style.
In a word, almot everything is beautiful in Paris! Day and night, seen from the ground or the sky, whether it is sunny or cloudy, in summer or winter. Let's make the most of it with these clips and photos sorted especially for you!
